Ginetta have proven themselves as the manufacturer of the fastest LMP3 car in the world. Now the Yorkshire marque turns their attentions to a new-for-2016 car; the Ginetta G57.

Comprising a Chevrolet LS3 engine with 580bhp, the Ginetta G57 offers a robust drive train, providing unrivalled performance with additional power and heightened value for money. In addition, the car features an unrestricted aerodynamic package, delivering some of the quickest lap times for cars of this genre.

The Ginetta Juno LMP3 car was very much a conventional design built around a strong yet light carbon-fibre monocoque. Suspension was by double wishbones and push-rod actuated springs and dampers on all four corners. To further reduce costs, the regulations also dictated the use of a spec drivetrain; a Nissan  V8 engine and XTrac gearbox, supplied by Oreca.
